By accessing and using Triton ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Triton is a tool designed to facilitate merge request management and team collaboration through integration with GitLab/GitHub and Slack. The Service provides automated notifications and status updates for merge requests.
3. User Responsibilities
When using Triton, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
4. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party services (GitLab/GitHub and Slack). By using Triton, you:
- Authorize Triton to access and interact with your GitLab/GitHub repositories
- Authorize Triton to send and receive messages through Slack
- Acknowledge that you are bound by the respective terms of service of these third-party services
- Understand that we are not responsible for the availability or functionality of these third-party services
5. Data Processing
In using the Service, you acknowledge that:
- Triton processes and stores different types of data:
- Account and service data: stored for the duration of your account's existence
- GitLab/GitHub integration data: automatically deleted after 15 days of inactivity
- GitLab/GitHub data processing is limited to merge request management features
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any data you submit through the Service
Data Retention Periods
Our data retention policy varies by data type:
- User account information: Retained until account deletion
- Service configuration data: Maintained throughout service usage
- GitLab/GitHub merge request data: Limited to 15 days after last activity
- Slack integration data: Maintained as needed for service functionality
6. Service Availability
While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee that:
- The Service will be available at all times
- The Service will be error-free
- Any errors will be corrected immediately
7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Triton and its licensors.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triton shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
9. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue any part of the Service
- Change these terms at any time
- Implement new features or requirements
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.
11. Essential Cookies
By using Triton, you acknowledge that:
- The Service requires essential cookies to function
- Disabling cookies will prevent you from using the Service
- These cookies are necessary for technical reasons, not commercial purposes
